When you send a Fit, Build, Refine or general enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and the answers you choose to give about your equipment and request. Each enquiry receives a reference number.

We use this information only to review your request and contact you about it. Johan receives a short internal email alert for each new enquiry; it contains the reference, enquiry type, your name and a reply address, not your full answers.

If you submit a client experience, we collect your name, how you would like your name shown publicly, the service, club type, rating, your written review and any photos you choose to upload.

Nothing is published automatically. A review is published only with your permission and after personal review. Your full name is never shown publicly; only the display format you selected. Text may be lightly edited for clarity; your original wording is kept privately.

Photos are optional and are shown only if you separately give photo permission and the photo is approved. Location, device and date information embedded in photos is removed from any publicly shown copy. Original uploads are kept privately and never shown on the website.

To limit automated submissions, the site creates a short one-way code from your connection address and browser type. The address itself is not stored and the code cannot be used to identify you.

With your consent, ASUBURE uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used — for example, which pages are visited and whether an enquiry or review was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google's servers, which may be outside your country.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. We never send your name, email, phone number, enquiry answers, review text or reference numbers to Google Analytics. The private studio area is never measured.

Your choice is remembered on your device. You can change or withdraw it at any time: Cookie preferences.

These providers process information on our behalf:

• Lovable — hosts the website and stores enquiries, client experience submissions and photos.
• Resend — delivers the internal email alert Johan receives for each new enquiry.
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — measures website use, only if you accept analytics.

These providers may process information outside your country.

Enquiries are intended to be kept for up to 24 months from submission, after which they are reviewed for removal. Removal is carried out manually rather than automatically.

Client experiences and photos are kept for as long as your publication permission stands. If you withdraw permission, the review or photo is taken off the website and you can ask for it to be deleted.

Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask for a published review or photo to be removed. Contact contact@asubure.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
